when did your sparkle turn to fire / and your warmth become desire

Sundays:

The boys playing Tap of War. George (right) has magic fingers. You don't even see them move.
(Dave. I will beat you in Tap of War. Just you wait and see.)

Dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. I'm pretty sure I won't need to eat for several days. A week at the very least. Their servings are insane.
Me and my grandfather dressed in black. He was wearing the leather jacket my mom purchased for him more than ten years ago. Don't we look great?

And for those who don't know, I cut my hair.
Again.
Only shorter than before.

And my aunt bought me and my sister a whole bunch of sour tape and worms. I'm going to have a tooth ache, I just know it.

It's been a good week.

i'll make you a mixtape that will charm you into bed / it details everything that's runnung round my head

I don't know if you've heard, but last week the scissors went snip, snip again.

I got a lot of positive responses. And I am one extremely happy girl.

Also, I have some general resolves.

1. Exercise

I am saving to buy myself a present. That is I get the present if I actually end up losing all that unwanted flab that seems to think it can take up permanent residence in my body.
Want to know what I plan on purchasing?
A bikini!
*giggles*

I recently found out that it's sale on Volcom bikinis.
I. Can't. Wait. To. Own. One. Of. Those. Sweet. Suits.
Obviously the exercise is going to actually have to happen otherwise I look like a blimp in it.

Thus, right after all the important things tomorrow I must go get some muscle.

My daddy got me two very excellent things last week as well.

1. Shoes.

2. A book.

I won't tell you the specifics! I'll save that for a tell all picture tomorrow.

However, this is a picture of a a little matryoshka doll key chain I made for myself. I feel quite proud indeed.

I've got to go now. This girl needs some sleep.

lend me your eyes I can change what you see / but your soul you must keep, totally free

Yeah.
She's is pretty much too amazing for words.

I'm going to grow my bangs out just like her, but keep having the rest of it trimmed super short. I might shave the side when it starts to look like her hair (Take a look at the topmost right hand corner to see what I mean.) My mom is a little iffy and I know my dad will freak, but I'm seriously itching to do it. After all, it is only hair, and it will grow back.
I might even dye the tips of the bangs when I get my hands on some Manic Panic hair dye.

I'm doing my best to build a jewelry collection like hers full of studded black stuff and leather. And of course more rings. Gigantic ones, of course.

My life search for combat boots and motorcycle boots has not yet ended and I'm going to lose my head soon. I have a gazillion outfits that would go perfectly with the right shoes!
Le sigh.

Also, I biked today. Then took a ten to fifteen minute nap. *giggles*
I'll probably do some sit-ups, push-ups and run some more tomorrow.
I'm trying to work towards having  a totally flat stomach and great arms by the time summer comes rolling in.
I recently saw the cutest bikini in mall and am dying to have it. Or at least save for it, but my dad's birthday is coming up and I still have no idea what to give him.
As is that wasn't stressful enough it's my little sisters birthday two days after.
Oh my gosh, I hope a wave of ideas hit me soon or I am toast.

I'm off folks, got to get me some dinner.
I think I'll paint my nails tonight.
Maybe red.
Or blue.
Or purple.
I wish I had black.

trying to make your heart feel like a glove / what it needs is love, love, love

Snip, snip, snip went the shiny silver blades and off came the hair.
My cousin reckons I look like a boy now.
Someone said they love how daring it looks.
I'm itching to dye the entire thing a dark blue.
Annnnd. I'm happier than ever.

Happy New year everybody and the world. For once have achieved a New Year's goal and gone through with it. (I'm turning eighteen in December so I'm hoping by then my parents will finally get accustomed to the idea that this girl should have a nose piercing. And a boxed sat of the Harry Potter books. The kind that comes in a paper trunk. And maybe a time-turner. Fingers crossed.)

Of course the resolutions list contains many many more. Such as:
LOSE THE CHRISTMAS BELLY.
No joke people. I have one.
What even.
Augh. I have to actually be able to wear my bikini this summer! My dad's already making fun of me by patting my stomach and asking how exactly do I expect to go to the beach. I understand dad. This flab does not make me proud either. Sigh. I'm going to be working on that for sure.

Also, dear people at the mall. I know you're in love. But can we please keep the hand holding and love struck look to a minimal amount. Not everybody has Enchanted by Taylor Swift playing in their heads you know.
(Okay, maybe everybody does. It was playing in the grocery the other day.)

The New Year's count down was spent on a friends roof listing to Firework by Katy Perry and drinking champagne. I watched the sands of time tick slowly by as 2011 said, "hello baby!"
Not really. But maybe.
I had three servings of rice that night. Not to mention the amount of trips I made back to the table to give my too sweet tooth some love and relief. And I made way too many toilet trips. Yup, 7up. I knew it was a bad idea to have too many of you.

The outfit:

It's my alpaca dress and my 350 - 400 pesos (About 6 dollars, I think.) dark purple pumps.
And the new hair of course.

Random: The guy in Katy Perry's music video for Teenage dream is an actual factual dream.

Also, I'm sewing away to get the shop ready for Valentine's day.

Dear 2011, be kind and don't leave me wishing we could rewind.
Love always,
Ina
